NaviTek’s in-house capabilities range from conventional machining to full CNC machining, with the engineering horsepower and machining precision to meet the most exacting standards.
From concept to full production, NaviTek Machining can handle low- and high-volume orders, while maintaining the craftsmanship your project requires.
Quality –
Our ISO 13485 and AS 9100-certified quality system and in-house testing facilities keep the end goal front and center.
We provide first piece analysis and complete a Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) when required. We also execute a Final Inspection and Certificates of Compliance with every order.
Engineering –
Don’t go it alone if you’re not 100% confident in your design! NaviTek provides design assistance and reverse engineering for non-aerospace and non-medical parts.

Conventional Machining –
Not every project needs CNC work, and we’ll be up-front with you about that.
Our experienced toolmakers provide precision milling, turning, and grinding services for fast turn-around times. This is a great choice for one-of-a-kind production and prototyping.
CNC Milling –
We use state-of-the-art horizontal and vertical machining centers, which include 5-axis machining capability. NaviTek’s CNC mills are equipped with high-pressure coolant systems and 15,000 RPM spindles to facilitate high-speed machining.
To reduce setup and production time and keep quality high, we’ve invested in pallet changers, tombstones, and quick-change fixtures.
